Description

The Opportunity

The Ministry is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative leader to provide strategic leadership and direction to the Information Technology Division (ITD) asExecutive Director, Digital Platforms and Services. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) this positionwill:

- Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities through collaboration and teamwork;
- Uphold the Ministrys values of respect and integrity, serving citizens, excellence and innovation, and acting as one team;
- Engage a team dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; and
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to economic development aligned with Saskatchewans Growth Plan.

TheExecutive Director, responsibilities will:

- Enterprise Platform Support - This includes platforms such as SharePoint, CRM, and ServiceNow. The team under this function is tasked with maintaining and evolving these enterprise-wide platforms to support digital service delivery across government operations.
- Application Support - This encompasses application service delivery for the Government Enterprise Modernization (GEM) system. The team includes solution architects, application services managers, portfolio managers, security consultants, business analysts, and application support staff.

Typically, theknowledge, skills and experiencerequired to be successful in this position would have been obtained through:

Completion of an undergraduate degree in administration, commerce, economics or a related field of study, supplemented with extensive directly related experience in strategic planning and legislative and policy development; and Extensive senior leadership experience.
