We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent with an energetic personality, results oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to details.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
-Quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, field cost control, and safety.
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Translate scope into tasks and assign and schedule to staff and subtrades.
-Communicate with project managers on changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
-Report and escalate to management as needed.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Ensure OHS requirements are met on site.
-Perform carpentry tasks as required.
-Assist in generating estimates and proposals as required.

Qualifications:
-Journeyman's certificate in carpentry, valid drivers license, and criminal record check are all required.
-1-2 years experience in a supervisor role.
-Experience in either the residential or commercial construction related field with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural scopes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills and ability to prioritize, and technical problem-solving skills.
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with confidence, knowledge, and professionalism to build credibility with stakeholders.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure.
-Ability to perform manual labor.
