Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service by facilitating vehicle/product repairs, warranties, etc. Build strong customer relationships based on honesty, product/service knowledge and trust.
-Listen to customer concerns, view their repair/service needs and accurately record information to pass onto the Service Technicians.
- Become knowledgeable in and follow established repair order process, including warranty, scheduling, customer follow-up and payment. Accurately estimate and document all repair orders and charges.
- Stay current on product information such as recalls, service bulletins and warranty guidelines.
- Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner, ensuring required authorizations are obtained.
- Optimize sales and service by determining customer needs, and promoting additional offerings that will benefit them.
Experience and desired attributes:
- Demonstrated customer service and administrative experience working in a multi-tasking hospitality, dealership or service organization.
- Service writing experience is a definite asset, as well as basic technical knowledge. Working knowledge of word, excel, email and in-house sales/service systems.
- A positive, customer service focused attitude, with strong organizational and relationship building skills.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Has the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
