Brandt Industries Canada Ltd. is currently looking for Machinists.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right person who is looking to build a successful career within a growing and dynamic company in Regina, Saskatchewan. The ideal candidates will have previous machining experience running various CNC and Manual Machines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Reading and understanding blueprints
*Operating large milling machines and boring mills
*Fanuc and Heidenheim CNC code understanding/programming would be considered a great asset
*Setting up of fixtures and work pieces in milling machines and boring mills,
*Assessing work pieces and determining appropriate processing
*Standard maintenance on milling machines and boring mills.

Required Skills:
*Applicants must have a positive attitude

*Excellent time management skills
*Understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing concepts
*Strong mindset for continuous improvement
*The applicant must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds
*The ideal candidates will have previous machining experience running various CNC and Manual Machines.
