Description

Executive Assistant

Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre requires a permanent, full-time Executive Assistant. The position will be located in our Saskatoon Elementary Campus and commence on August 6th, 2025, or a mutually agreed upon date.

Sask DLC is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation, created to deliver high-quality and equitable online learning programs to students across the province. Sask DLCs head office is located in Kenaston, with an administrative office in Regina, and regional campuses located in Estevan, Kenaston, La Ronge, Moose Jaw, Neilburg, Nipawin, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Reporting to the Superintendent of Student Programming and Superintendent of School Operations, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing senior-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Superintendent of Operations, Superintendent of Student Programming, Elementary Campus (registrations) and the Director of Human Resources.

Focused on delivering the highest level of customer service, this position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, considerable experience in office administration, and the ability to work independently with respect to carrying out the duties assigned in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
* Scheduling and logistics of Superintendents activities; plans and schedules calendar events and compiles current and complete information in advance to ensure senior administration effective use of time; responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating travel and logistics for meetings, training sessions, and other events.
* Superintendent purchasing and invoice payments; verifying, coding, processing and tracking invoices for approval and payment ensuring policy compliance.
