Were a trusted leader in North American food production, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and integrity. Were currently hiring a Bulk Loadout Operator to join our high-performing, values-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
    Operate bulk load-out systems and inspect vessels for food safety
    Manage blending, sealing and verify shipments, and complete documentation
    Operate Track-mobile to position rail cars
    Monitor metal detectors as a critical control point
    Communicate with teams to coordinate shipments
    Maintain sanitation and perform minor maintenance
    Uphold all safety, OH&S, and food safety protocols

Qualifications:
    Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
    Ability to meet Railway Association of Canada medical fitness requirements
    Experience with railcars and grain handling systems is an asset
    Mechanical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
    Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and physical work (lifting 50 lbs)
    Effective verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule:
    12-hour modified shift schedule, including weekends and nights
