Dynamic Disposal Ltd. is seeking a full-time Parts Manager for immediate hire.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and ensuring parts are readily available when needed.
Procurement: Sourcing parts from suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing orders.
Distribution: Ensuring parts are efficiently distributed to relevant departments or customers.
Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Team Leadership: Managing department staff and workflow.
Customer Service: Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers regarding parts inquiries and orders.
Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, sales targets, and the profitability of the parts department.
Fleet Maintenance Management

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of parts and their applications within the relevant industry or willingness to learn.
Inventory Management: Experience with inventory control systems and processes or willingness to learn.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve complex issues related to parts and inventory.
