Live-In Caretaker & Maintenance Couple - Saskatoon, SK

We are seeking a dependable and skilled live-in caretaker couple to join our team and help maintain our residential condo property in Saskatoon. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated duo with experience in maintenance and property care.

Responsibilities:
-  Perform routine maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
-  Handle drywall patching, painting, and light snow removal
-  Maintain exterior grounds with landscaping and lawn care
-  Provide general cleaning of common areas as required
-  Be available for call-outs when emergencies arise
-  Safely operate tools and handle heavy lifting

Requirements:
-  Experience in building maintenance trades
-  Valid driver's licenses
-  Must be physically capable of lifting and performing manual tasks
-  Must provide a criminal record check
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as a team

Compensation & Perks:
-  Contract rate of $50,000 per year
-  On-site caretaker suite provided at reduced rent
