Part-Time Maintenance Technician (Live-Out) - Saskatoon, SK

We are looking for a reliable and skilled part-time maintenance professional to care for and maintain our residential property in Saskatoon. This is a contract position with negotiable terms, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property maintenance: basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general repairs
- Handle drywall patching, painting, and small repairs
- Conduct light snow removal, lawn care, and landscaping
- Maintain general cleanliness in common areas
- Be available for on-call emergencies
- Operate tools and equipment safely; must be able to lift heavy items

Requirements:
- Experience in property/building maintenance trades
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean criminal record check
- Physically fit and able to work independently

Contract & Compensation:
- Contract terms negotiable
- Flexible part-time hours with routine and on-call duties
