As a Parts Sales Associate, you're often the first face a customer sees, whether it's a farmer needing a quick part to keep their day moving or a new client looking for advice. Your job is all about problem-solving, teamwork, and great customer service.

Maybe you've worked in Ag before, or maybe you haven't. If you're dependable, friendly, and eager to learn, we're ready to train you! You'll gain hands-on experience, work with a supportive team, and grow your skills in a company that truly values its people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships by delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
- Research, identify, and provide solutions for customer parts needs.
- Maintain product displays and inventory to support sales goals.
- Assist in all areas of the parts department: counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse duties, and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in-person and phone).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license.
- Willingness to operate a forklift (training provided).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
