What youll do: Working closely with the Business to Consumer (B to C) Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand, and focus on safety;
Provide prompt, personalized Service to all our members and guests both in-store and over the phone;
Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their experience;
Proactively recruiting high-quality Team Members and lead orientation practices and ensure the administration of human resources policies to develop positive relationships with all Team Members;
Help develop quality team training and succession plans;
Develop the annual operating budget for the Gas Bar that supports our corporate goals;
Provide direction and oversight to the Gas Bar team through coaching, mentoring and performance management;
Grow current customer base through implementing new programs, and overall customer experience;
Ensure Gas Bar standards are met and upheld;
Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, asset protection and environmental due diligence;
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are: You are passionate about a career in Retail, Customer Service and:
Possess 1-3 years of experience in management in a retail environment, including supervisory experience;
Retail experience in the areas of member relations, selling, OHS, ordering, receiving, and asset protection;
High level of integrity and accountability;
Sound analytical thinking, planning, priorities, and execution skills;
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills;
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary;
