We're currently looking for a motivated **Logistics Coordinator / Transport Sales Representative** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business.

Position Overview:

This is a dual-role position that combines **logistics coordination** and **transportation sales**. Youall be responsible for building customer relationships, coordinating freight shipments, and managing day-to-day logistics operations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, customer service, and operations.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
* Negotiate rates and secure freight bookings
* Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch
* Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding load updates and service issues
* Maintain accurate records in TMS (Transportation Management System)
* Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities



* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transport sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
