The Home Inn & Suites by d3h - Lloydminster is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor who is interested in growing with our company. 8 hours shifts will vary from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. You must be able to work varying weekday shifts as well as Saturday and Sunday. Preference will be given to those applicants with basic computer skills, previous customer service experience as well as previous hotel experience. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling, and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash, and completing related forms.  The Night Auditor performs front desk duties during the evening as well as end-of-day accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
