Job Description:
Screening, interviewing, and hiring restaurant staff.
Monitor and manage the lead server, supervisor, and all other staff.
Manage JOLT duties and implement new processes as needed.
Checking in on dining customers to inquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring liquor inventory and ensuring liquor counting.
Manage and monitor the bar.
Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Lead by example on the floor/side jobs/cleaning duties.
Controlling labor depending on the business.
Oversee all duties of the FOH Supervisor & Lead Server & provide daily reports.
