Job Description:
As a Cleaner on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in residential properties. This includes routine tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, laundry, making beds and general cleaning duties.

Our clients include short term rental properties - this involves doing the turnover for the next guest.

We also have Landlords with long term rental properties that will require cleaning after tenants have moved out.

Client engagement is a high priority for our team we value professionalism, friendly communication, and building trust with the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled cleaning duties at various job sites
Follow checklists and instructions provided by the team lead
Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure quality control
Interact professionally with clients and respond to any on-site concerns
Participate in occasional team marketing events (e.g., community booths, social media campaigns, or local events)
Use cleaning products safely and efficiently
Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
Cleaning experience is preferred but not required we provide full training
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule required some evening and weekend work may be needed
Must be dependable, punctual, and take initiative
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is an asset
Criminal record Check will be required if selected after interview process.
