The Prevention Service Worker provides support & intervention services to The Key First Nation and its members children and families in a professional manner exercising confidentiality, discretion, good judgement and courtesy.
Job Summary
The goal is to provide wrap-around services for high-risk families that require support with Wellness Intervention Plans. Provide immediate family support to families at risk of child protection involvement. Working in conjunction with the community programs and services, this individual must possess the ability to assess and identify at risk families and the ability to refer and engage the appropriate resources. You will be required to travel and work flexible hours.
