Reporting to the Business Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Headquarters Office. Duties include: reception, administration (filing, record-keeping, photocopying, supplies inventory, correspondence) , materials processing, circulation, and courier.
Qualifications: Gr. 12; valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clear driver's abstract; Ability to lift bins of books up to 15 kg; The successful candidate will be computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.
