Join the team that supports Reginas bylaw enforcement efforts. As Clerk Typist V, youll provide top-tier administrative support, customer service, and coordination to help the branch operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct service requests and respond to inquiries
Prepare and proof complex documents, reports, permits, and statistics
Organize meetings, agendas, and minutes
Maintain files, databases, and records accurately
Perform basic accounting and office duties (travel, supplies, mail, etc.)
What You Bring:
Grade 12 + Office Administration training
3+ years in a fast-paced, front-line office role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Typing speed of 50+ wpm
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and a customer-focused mindset
