Description

Position and Responsibilities
Planning and executing the installation of new piping networks.
Installation and maintenance of critical underground piping systems for mine dewatering, drill cutting, brine distribution, and compressed air.
Repairing and pigging existing piping, as well as maintaining dewatering sumps throughout the mine.

Requirements of the position:
-Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial pipefitter or plumber journeyperson ticket
-Five or more years of industrial experience
-Effective leadership skills
-Solid team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
-Willingness to give and receive honest feedback
-Work underground as part of a multi-disciplinary team
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Assets:
-Previous supervisory experience
-Work experience in an underground mine
