Description

Are you passionate about Early Childhood Development? Are you outgoing and confident? Prince Albert ECIP is looking for another Unicorn to join their team!

We want YOU if you:                                                                                                                              
-are confident and compassionate & care deeply about the development of children
-are a team player & community engager and can hold the attention of both children & their caregivers during a Mobile Learning workshop
-can lift/carry early childhood equipment & games (small trampoline, bouncy castle, fine motor activities and books)
-enjoy driving to new communities outside of Prince Albert
-can keep good records, think on your feet & are flexible!
                                                                                                                                    
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in a field related to working with young children (ages 0-5), families, and communities is preferred
-Minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary training in a field related to working with young children, families, and communities (or combination of education and experience) may also be considered
-Drivers abstract
-Police Clearance & Vulnerable Sector Check

Skills and Abilities:
-establish & maintain effective working relationships with families and outside agencies
-work independently with minimum-site supervision
-prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time
-communicate effectivelyin English
-develop & implement early childhood/family programming
-maintain accurate records
-understand & carry out oral and written instructions
-use current technology and software
-work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
