Installation Manager  Biggar, SK
Boortmalt, the worlds leading malting company, is hiring an Installation Manager to lead equipment and infrastructure projects at our Prairie Malt Plant. This role ensures installations meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards while staying on time and on budget. Travel across North America may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead capital installation projects from planning to completion
Manage schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
Ensure compliance with SHE, HACCP, ISO 50001, and other standards
Oversee vendor selection and documentation
Support transitions from installation to operations
Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration
Track project costs and report on progress
Your Profile:
Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical); EIT designation
5+ years in industrial/commercial construction (food industry a plus)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office 365
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
