We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will assist with motor licensing and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. We want to invest in someone who wants to make insurance a career!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about insurance products, policy coverage, and claims processes
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions
Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our BMS system
Uphold compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a strong asset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and customer service software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
