Chip and Dale Homes Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization providing residential services for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.  
  
Chip and Dale Homes Inc. is seeking a Temporary Full Time Team Leader for one of our homes.  The successful applicant sees each person as equal and treats others with respect and dignity.  This person must like to engage with others and provide meaningful experiences.  The ideal candidate will like to share their own interests, hobbies and talents with others.
  
It is essential that applicants are familiar with the philosophies of Supported Decision Making, Person-Centered Planning, and Comprehensive Behavioural Support.

The successful candidate must be comfortable providing personal care to individuals, completing household duties, and must have a Class 5 Driver's Licence and be insurable.
  
Additionally the ideal candidate will have superior supervision skills and be able to lead a Team of Support Workers.  This person will also have computer skills to do online documentation and bookkeeping.

Extensive training is offered. A valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector search less than 3 months will be accepted.
