What you'll do:

- Reporting to the Manager Policy, Program Development & Readiness, this position is responsible for providing day-to-day direction and leadership to the User Acceptance Testing Unit and is responsible for ensuring our software meets business requirements and is ready for deployment.
- Provide day-to-day direction, management and supervision to a team of user acceptance testers, including coordination of work and formal and informal coaching and training.
- Develop and manage UAT plans, test cases and scripts including traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Ensure the work of the unit is aligned with the divisional and corporate strategic plans.
- Supervise the testing of program software to ensure it meets test, design and user specifications.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position you will need a diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration supplemented by three years of software testing and Quality Assurance. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
