Duties include but are not limited to:
Housing Governance:
Set up/work with First Nations and implement Housing policies and updating community Infrastructure plans.
Records Management:
Set up/work with staff/provide training; Project Commitment Files, Housing Inventory/Database.
Financial Management and Reporting:
Section 95/RRAP applications start to finish; Budgeting Revenues and Expenses; Accounting Procedures.
Maintenance Program:
Develop/work with staff; Inspection process & process/develop annual maintenance plan and budget; Mold Remediation development.
