As a grill cook below are some of your job responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals as they appear and executing recipes to Edo Japan standard.
-Basic food prep and proper food safe handling.
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
-General cleaning and sanitization of grill and cooking utensils.
-Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
-Ability to train new hire kitchen staff.
- Complete opening and closing procedure of grill Area.
- Take after all company and safety and security policies and strategies
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
