Duties Include but are not restricted to:
- Understanding and maintain Ministry of Education regulations. (Training can be provided)
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore
- Maintains a clean and healthy workplace
- Fosters team work and open communication.
- Demonstrates a commitment to working in partnership with parents, families, and team members.
- Provide opportunities for the child to express themselves, and participate in learning activities which address all areas of development
- Assist with teaching the children good eating and hygiene habits
- Assisting with housekeeping duties
- Assist with maintaining daycare supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Current CPR/First Aid (training can be provided)
- Criminal Record check vulnerable sector (required)
- ECE Certification, or willingness to obtain (training can be provided)
- Ability to supervise children (support will be given)
