Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a passion for hospitality and customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling.
Responsibilities
    Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
    Beverage Menu development
    Sourcing and stocking liquor and non-alcoholic beverages
    Developing relationships with suppliers
    Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff.
    Assist with social media marketing
    Participate in business development meetings
    Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to enhance guest experiences.
    Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and quality.
    Assist in managing inventory levels of food and beverage supplies.
    Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and waiting areas.
    Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while promoting a positive work environment for staff.
    Ability to do some work related tasks remotely / at home.
Experience
    Proven experience in the food service or hospitality industry, preferably in a management role.
    Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
    Excellent customer service skills
    Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
