WHAT YOULL DO
As a Service Consultant, youll be the key connection between our customers and technicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
    Greeting customers and gathering vehicle information
    Communicating service needs and preparing estimates
    Scheduling work and coordinating with technicians
    Following up with customers and ensuring satisfaction
    Keeping accurate records in our service software

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
    Experience in service writing or customer service (preferred)
    Strong communication and time management skills
    Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
    Interest in vehicle maintenance and repair
    Valid drivers license
