The Town of Coronach is tendering for drainage repairs located at the Coronach District Museum, 240 1st Street West, to be completed in 2025.
Tender is to include:
Removal of any existing material, as needed, around (6) six windows prior to removal of windows stipulated below
Remove (3) three windows, seal with Blueskin, and place plywood overtop/paint plywood on the museum building, east side basement windows as well as remove plywood and fill in the hole adjacent to the museum steps
Remove (3) three window wells, seal with Blueskin, and place plywood overtop/paint plywood on the doctors office/house portion; windows are located on the east, south and west.
Remove the covered stairs to the tunnel and cover to ensure waterproofing for future years
Fill in the area as required with aggregate
Slope aggregate around the museum to ensure water flows away from the building
Place aggregate in the back of the doctors house and ensure the area is sloped away from the building and water drains away from the buildings in the back alley.
Provide all labour, equipment, and aggregate required to complete the job
The contractor is required to provide evidence of liability insurance to the Town. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing a clearance from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board prior to being awarded the tender.
