Were looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our temporary full-time Financial Services Supervisor at our branch in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. This leadership role will be responsible to support the locations of: Cudworth, Lanigan, Humboldt and Wakaw. Travel will be required.

Your work:
-Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (frontline tellers)
-Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
-Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members

Your experience:
-High School Diploma
-2 years experience working in a Financial Institution or sales environment
-Leadership experience, would be an asset
