Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team at the CFY Family Centre in Carlyle. The successful candidate will engage with the community, parents, and children, initiating and coordinating a variety of programs. This is a full-time role, approximately 30 hours per week, with a competitive salary determined by the candidates training and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate programs at the CFY Family Centre
Execute and promote program duties as outlined by CFY
Foster effective community partnerships
Prepare and deliver both written and oral reports to CFY

Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or GED equivalent
1-2 years of experience in relevant fields such as education, social services, early childhood education, childcare, family services, non-profit sector, or community programming
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle with extended liability insurance
Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sectors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Publisher
Experience with social media platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of budget management
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage tasks efficiently
Flexibility to work varied hours as required
Willingness to undertake additional training
Capability to deliver programs online or work remotely when necessary

Assets:
Standard First Aid/CPR C AED certification
Additional training in literacy programming, coaching, or relevant certifications
Experience working with non-profit boards
Experience in grant writing
