- Event Coordination (25%) Execution of plans and activities; Order, receive and set up supplies; Set up/take down of site; Monitor logistics & staff/volunteers; Oversee assigned event/project plans; Ensure appropriate administration of projects and event protocols and procedures; Ensure budgetary controls and procedures are followed
- Project Planning/Support (30%) Developing and coordinating specific project elements such as: Logistics; Staffing; Sustainability; Registration; Administer and follow up on project details for client projects
- Marketing (20%) Communications & Media (including social media, websites and Apps); Coordination and production of communication materials; Drafting of media releases, Advisories and prepare media announcements/events
