Responsibilities
-Support Service Mgr with ops, budget, staff activities
-Ensure adequate support for day-to-day activities
-Implement procedures consistently
-Build relationships with all depts
-Collaborate with suppliers for special allowances/warranties
-Mentor/coach all service teams to promote consistency  
-Frequent travel to all locations in region
-Analyze regional finances to ensure meeting/exceeding goals
-Other duties as assigned by the Director
-Provide support with marketing initiatives  
-Develop, present, participating in training plans
-Fill in when Service Mgr/Service Writer in region are away, or role is vacant

Requirements
-5+ years as a manager of high performing Service/Branch ops
-Experience in the Ag industry
-Proven experience leading/developing/motivating others
-Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
-Results-oriented, strong work ethic, analytical
-Positive attitude, empathetic
-Self-aware, high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
-Valid drivers licence, ability to travel & work flexible/extended hours
