As an Industrial Packaging Operator, youll help ensure high-quality products are packaged efficiently and safely. You'll operate packaging lines including automated and semi-automated bagging systems, palletizers, flour lines, and toting equipment  delivering excellence every time.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate packaging equipment (bagging lines, tote lines, palletizers, labelers, etc.)
Monitor/test processes at metal detector control points
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and read control screens
Set up and calibrate lines, ensure materials are stocked, perform quality and coding checks
Complete daily documentation (volumes, summaries, operations)
Use WOW inventory/handheld systems to scan and track orders
Support sanitation and follow all food safety guidelines

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with complex packaging lines preferred
Food manufacturing/packaging experience an asset
Forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Must read, write, and speak English
Able to lift 50 lbs, work 12-hour shifts, and perform physical tasks
Comfortable with heights and exposure to allergens (e.g., grain dust)
