Labour Unit Agency is hiring Retail Associates on behalf of our clients, including grocery stores, convenience shops, clothing outlets, and general merchandise retailers. We're looking for friendly, dependable workers who can provide great customer service and keep retail spaces clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities (May Vary by Client):
Greet and assist customers in a polite, helpful manner

Operate the cash register and handle payments

Stock shelves and organize product displays

Clean and maintain the sales floor and store environment

Follow company policies and client-specific procedures

Assist with inventory, price changes, and product rotation

Report issues to the supervisor or store manager

Requirements:
Good communication and basic math skills

Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Assets (Not Required):
Previous retail or customer service experience

Cash handling or POS system knowledge

Multilingual (an asset for diverse client bases)

Availability for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
