What youll do:

Oversee daily accounting functions, month/year-end close, internal reporting, and compliance (ASPE, GST/PST, payroll).

Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Partner cross-functionally to support business performance.

Work with IT and BI teams to develop dashboards, tools, and reporting systems.

What you bring:

CPA designation (required) and a Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

5+ years in a senior accounting or controller role, ideally in a multi-location or operational environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Industry experience in agriculture, equipment, retail, or manufacturing is a strong asset.

Familiarity with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems is a major plus.
