Mitsu Japanese Street Food is expanding, and were hiring kitchen helpers to join our team for our new Regina location, opening mid-August!

Important Details:
Interviews will be held in Regina or Moose Jaw  you can choose the location most convenient for you.

Interview location:
Moose Jaw: Mitsu Japanese Street Food (345 main street n)
Regina: North Area

Hired candidates must complete a 2-day training session in Moose Jaw before the Regina store opens.

Ideal candidates currently live in Moose Jaw and are planning to relocate to Regina by August.

Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
Support kitchen staff during busy hours

Requirements:
1-Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)
2-Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
3-Able to relocate to Regina and work flexible hours
4-Team player with a positive attitude
5-No prior experience necessary  training will be provided

Compensation:
Starting at $15.50/hour
Opportunities for raises based on performance and experience
