Bandit Energy is currently hiring a skilled Journeyman/Woman Gas Pipefitters to join our team, with immediate employment opportunity that includes competitive wages and a desirable benefits package, with substantial and consistent work.  We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas piping systems. This role requires a strong understanding of gas piping systems, local codes, and a commitment to safety.
Duties:
Ensure work instructions are carried out as per Supervisor or Lead Hands directives.
Ensure tolerances and specifications are met per company standards
Rig, fabricate, and build piping systems according to specifications
Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools or machinery
Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading
Weld or solder pipes and fittings together
Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges or other testing equipment

Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a gas pipefitter or similar role
Valid gas license or certification / Current Pipefitting Ticket or will be considered an asset.
Previous pipe fabrication and hydrotest experience will be considered an asset.
Previous structural fabrication experience will be considered an asset.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematic and isometrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Wage: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour  
Expected hours: 40  50 per week
