We are a small town based trucking company and feedlot seeking a reliable, experienced full-time manager to oversee the maintenance and repairs of our fleet of trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
    Parts ordering and tracking
    Parts return tracking
    Parts room organising
    Parts Inventory
    Tire Inventory
    Shop Tools inventory
    Dispatching trucks and drivers
    Dispatch Rentals (ensure rental contracts in place)
    Permits (SGI, SK Power, etc.)
    Track Truck & Trailer Safeties
    Track services on trucks and equipment
    Truck & Trailer Maintenance Program
    Manage shop work schedule with 7-day coverage
    Trucking Schedule
    Bin moves
    US permits (overweight/over dimensional/USDOT, etc.)
    Plates renewal tracking
    Unit lists updated
    Review work orders
