Job Title:    Manager, Project Management & Procurement

Salary:            $9,381 to $12,195 (Management Level 8)

Short Description
As the Manager, Project Management & Procurement, you will provide oversight of project management process and procurement to develop reliable and professional water and wastewater systems. You will work in partnership with other corporate divisions to support and participate in projects targeted at securing new clients and renewing existing infrastructure for current customers. This is a management role requiring demonstrated leadership experience.

To qualify, you will have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering, along with PMI-PMP or Gold Seal, Owner certification. In addition, the job requires 5-8 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
    Design and cost estimating
    Tendering; RFPs, agreement and contract administration
    Preparation and revision of specifications, special provisions and terms of reference
    Project Management
    Budget management and preparation
    People management
    Risk management and risk response planning

Special Requirements:  The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Drug and Alcohol test. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
