ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a self-motivated, adaptable professional with a strong foundation in health and safety and a talent for teaching others. This role involves delivering engaging training to adult learners both in-person and online, so exceptional communication skills, proficiency with computers/technology, and the ability to present fluidly are essential.
The right candidate will bring a positive, professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration are key. You should feel comfortable delivering training on topics you may not have direct hands-on experience withdemonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset to quickly develop subject matter understanding where needed.
Technical knowledge or experience in construction is a strong asset, however, we also value individuals who are quick learners, open to new topics, and willing to grow their technical knowledge as needed.

This position is responsible for the delivery of instructor-led safety training courses; assisting with reviewing and developing existing or new courses and programs; and providing professional, quality safety related customer service to the membership and other identified customers.
