We are currently expanding and actively seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our growing team in Saskatoon, SK, supporting our global payroll processing including U.S. payroll. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Payroll Administrator will collect, verify, and process payroll information, determine pay entitlements for employees, maintain accurate payroll records, and ensure timely and compliant payroll processing. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process all employee payroll-related payments, including regular pay, benefit payments, and special payments such as bonuses and vacation pay
- Prepare payroll related filings and supporting documentation, W2, 401K filings and other statements
- Inform employees about payroll matters and respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience processing full-cycle payroll
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification or ability to obtain certification is required
- Experience with payroll systems and time & attendance software is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. payroll rules and compliance
- Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP functions)
