Job Description: The Accreditation Lead will provide oversight of the Lab Quality Management System and accreditation activities to attain and maintain accreditation status and compliance with all applicable accreditation standards, milestones and deadlines. The Lead will work with operational leads and managers to prepare the Laboratory or accreditation survey visits and to disseminate results of the inspection visit. The Lead will provide project management for planning, and supporting the organization in implementing all phases and milestones of the accreditation cycle (including self-assessment, quality improvement planning, and survey visit logistics and preparation). The Lead will also be responsible for contributing to the effort to incorporate accreditation work into any existing or upcoming improvement work through lean, by creating important linkages between the Laboratory operations and Regulatory bodies.

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
