We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key leadership role in advancing our Primary Health Care initiatives.

In this high-impact role, youll act as a change agentdriving continuous improvement across digital systems and processes while aligning with government priorities and client needs. Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care Services, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy, health innovation, and systems analysis.


What Youll Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, youll lead and support transformational initiatives in Primary Health Care by:

Acting as a strategic advisor to the development teamtranslating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Facilitating conversations between stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture.
Leading changes to business processes and supporting implementation of new or updated applications.
Conducting feasibility studies and developing compelling business cases that drive service innovation.
