At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Connected Support (Term) to join our fast-paced, energetic company. This will cover a maternity LOA working from any of our locations or remotely. As an IS Connected Support (Precision Ag), you will manage customer & employee calls to assist with Precision Ag equipment & tech solutions.

Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service
-Support the IS team with Expert Connect items, technical & operational initiatives
-Remote diagnostics using Remote Display Access
-Read/understand technical manuals for John Deere and other products
-Make recommendations to minimize downtime for customers
-Lead new hire onboarding for dept
-Develop training materials & facilitate training
-Provide reporting & data maintenance
-Analyze call & ticket data to provide training ideas
-Understand Operation Center set up, value, new features, best practices
-Build/maintain positive professional working relationships

Requirements
-Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, learning mindset
-Knowledge of farming & ag systems in region
-Extensive ag-related role experience & diagnosing/repairing Precision Ag products
-Ability to analyze/interpret data/reports
-Skilled using MS Office & internet apps
-Gr 12 diploma/equivalent, Ag/Engineering/Business degree preferred
-Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
-Valid drivers licence
