Key Responsibilities:
Lead and evolve brand identities across properties.
Co-develop marketing campaigns and creative strategies.
Manage freelancers, agencies, and creative timelines.
Oversee content creation, including photo/video shoots and social media visuals.
Collaborate cross-functionally on hotel openings, rebrands, and tourism partnerships.
Qualifications:
5+ years in a creative leadership role, ideally in hospitality or agency settings.
Strong portfolio in brand development and multi-platform campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; video/motion skills a plus.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Passion for hospitality, design, and long-term growth with d3h.
Full-time, 8 hour shift, MondayFriday
