MUST have Leadership experience.

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration and programming at all PACCCA locations.  They are expected to split their time equally between their programs, providing guidance to staff and Site Directors and developing strong working relationships with both staff and parents. The Program Director is to assist with Personal Program Plans for children who receive Enhanced Accessibility Grants and ensure objective from PPPs are being implemented.  The Program Director is expected to work as a front-line staff member as needed and to prioritize the day-to-day operational requirements of the program.
