Description

A2SKI Industrial Camp Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects by providing administrative support to the site management team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking to fill the role at our IF-56 site located 82km south of Creighton, SK. Shift is a rotational position (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) at a remote mine site. Camp accommodations and meals provided during rotation.

Responsibilities:
    Provide administrative support to site supervisors and project managers
    Manage timekeeping records, including collecting and verifying timesheets
    Handle daily communications via Outlook and other office systems
    Maintain accurate site records and documentation
    Coordinate logistics such as travel schedules, camp accommodations, and supply tracking
    Assist with onboarding and orientation of new site personnel
    Support compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction, industrial, or mining setting
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    Office Administration Certificate or equivalent education/experience
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
    Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation preferred
