We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of strategic frameworks and tools, proven experience leading cross-functional teams, and a strong track record of working with senior leadership. The ideal individual will also possess exceptional facilitation skills to foster consensus and ensure alignment across a wide range of stakeholders.

This position supports strategy development and delivery to inform decision-making and enable service excellence within a high performing, values-based organization. You will work in collaboration with senior leadership, co-employees, and other ministries and organizations.

You will bring leadership and expertise for the development, planning, and evaluation of WSAs strategic plan and you will support planning processes to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in the Natural, Applied, or Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Policy or similar disciplines and 5 years of related experience.
